Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
